Refund policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for a product exchange, your item must be in damaged condition upon arrival, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and photo evidence that the product was damaged 

To start a product exchange, you can contact us at philovaecustomercare@gmail.com. Please note that a product exchange does not require the product to be returned. DO NOT SEND YOUR PRODUCT BACK TO US. Discard the product after capturing evidence. 


If your exchange is accepted, we’ll email you a new tracking number, as well send you a product replacement free of charge. If your product exchange request is not accepted, you will not receive the product free of charge.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
No items we have for sale can be returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges if the product was damaged during shipping. In this case, please do not return the broken item. Discard it and we will ship you a new one free of charge with photo proof the item was broken. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your requested product exchange , and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
